A bit about me

I founded Valued Asset Coaching because I believe in the power of supporting individuals on their journey to growth and success, which in turn builds strong teams and thriving workplaces. My approach is grounded in Advantage Thinking—focusing on strengths and assets rather than problems and deficits—because I know that when people are empowered, they achieve remarkable outcomes.

With a diverse background, including an early career in the New South Wales police force, I have always found joy in collaborating with remarkable people. My experience spans leadership roles across justice, community, youth, and mental health sectors, giving me deep insight into the challenges and opportunities within complex and evolving workplaces.

I want to share this experience and help leaders and organisations develop their full potential. I understand that great employees don’t automatically become great managers without support and guidance.
