My story

Katrina Casaclang owner and Leadership specialist

About me

I'm Katrina Casaclang, and I founded Valued Asset Coaching and Consulting with the mission to help individuals and teams grow as leaders, managers, and employers of choice.

My career began as a police officer at 18, and since then, I have worked across youth services, mental health, and the community sector, spanning government, private, and non-profit organisations.

This diverse experience has given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face at all levels—whether navigating rigid hierarchies in highly regulated environments or adapting to the demands of resource-limited, fast-moving workplaces.

I have seen firsthand how leadership styles must evolve to suit different structures, and I take pride in helping leaders find practical, personalised approaches that work within their unique context.

I am passionate about supporting leaders in managing the complexities of today’s workforce, bridging generational gaps, and fostering environments where individuals and teams can reach their full potential.
