Yesterday marked an exciting milestone—the public launch of my business, Valued Asset Coaching and Consulting. Transitioning from being part of a team with a shared purpose to stepping out on my own has been both challenging and exhilarating. Growth truly begins at the end of your comfort zone.
The Leap Into Entrepreneurship
For years, I’ve poured my heart into organisations, supporting their missions and helping teams achieve shared goals. Now, the spotlight is on me—my skills, my vision, and my ability to deliver.
Self-promotion feels foreign, like learning a new language, but I’m excited for this chapter. Entrepreneurship is a thrilling ride, and I’m ready to embrace it.
Why Valued Asset Coaching and Consulting?
The decision to go it alone didn’t happen overnight. Years of experience and countless conversations revealed a recurring theme: untapped opportunities. Time and again, I’d offer advice that sparked new possibilities. This inspired me to create Valued Asset Coaching and Consulting.
Here’s what drives me:
Opportunities Beyond the Mission: Identifying solutions beyond immediate goals and helping others seize them.
People Are the Heart of Every Business: Success depends on having the right people in the right roles. Empowering individuals is my passion.
Flexibility and Balance: Building a business that supports my professional interests while giving me more time for what matters most. (the pics will give you a hint
My Mission
Not everyone becomes a great manager overnight. Even the best team members can struggle with the transition. That’s where I come in. I aim to:
Support those stepping into management roles or aspiring to lead.
Help leaders overcome imposter syndrome.
Equip individuals with tools to effectively manage and inspire their teams.
Leadership isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about empowering others to succeed. That’s the core of Valued Asset Coaching and Consulting.
Invest in your most valued asset—your people!
